We provide you with the highest level of customer service every time. We arrive at our scheduled appointment on time and don’t make you wait. We clearly explain everything we are going to do BEFORE we do it taking pictures of everything so you can see what we see and are always available for questions. As a family owned and operated local business you will always see and speak to an owner, never having to deal with a hired technician as we complete all services ourselves.
When you have nuisance animals in your home, attic or business, it is imperative that all the animals are humanely removed, all the entry points are permanently sealed and, if necessary, that the affected area is properly cleaned. This is not the type of work for a regular pest control company (read our blog on why). We offer extremely fair prices for this industry that are on average less than the total charge of the larger franchise companies.
Wildlife Trapping
We charge a SET fee for critter trapping also known as wildlife removal which we quote you up front. We trap for a set time on a property checking traps to insure we have trapped ALL the nuisance animals. We do NOT charge per animal, per trap set, or per trip to check traps. Many unethical companies charge you on a per animal basis and proceed to trap and catch the same animals repeatedly thus charging you much more than you expect.
We fully inspect every square inch of your home to find the animals and determine how they are getting inside: on the roof, in the attic, under the house. No matter how tough or dirty the job, we will do it right! We use humane professional grade live traps and offer critter proofing (exclusions) that include animal entry and exit holes and identifying problem areas to prevent the need for animal trapping services, including consumer awareness and education regarding follow-up procedures to prevent the need for recurring animal trapping services.
